Contract- Test Position.


Up to 12 months

1-3 years of experience in a production network environment, on a support
line for a networking product such as Network Adapters, Switches, Routers,
Cable Modems, DSL or dialup service, or equivalent training in a program
such as Mt. Hood Community College's Associate of Applied Science in Network
Engineering Support.    

Timeliness, flexibility, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

 Understanding of TCP/IP and layer 2 networking and switch configuration. 

Experience loading drivers and hardware on both Linux and Microsoft OS's.
Above all we require a strong attention to detail for configuration settings
and results reporting. 

Effective written communication skills at a near-collegiate level. 

 

Previous experience developing scripts in VBS, perl, or bash.

Previous validation or testing experience. Previous experience with Software
Testing Automation Framework (STAF).
