Software & Platform Validation HW Test Engineer 

Experienced, self-motivated hardware test engineer, who enjoys working with
and has a strong background in troubleshooting motherboard, driver and
firmware related issues found with emerging technologies.

Daily Responsibilities:
Build PCs from ground up, test low-level system functionality, develop test
cases, identify bugs, debug issues, and file bug reports. The candidate will
work in a lab environment to troubleshoot hardware is sues, configure BIOS
settings, test low-level system functionality, check OS drivers for HW
components, execute test cases, and communicate results. The candidate will
be expected to work with limited supervision. 

Necessary Skills (Must Have):
. Familiarity with Windows 7 and Linux debugging tools and techniques
. Excellent problem solving skills; ability to analyze and debug issues
. Good verbal & written communication skills 
. Experienced at building PCs from HW components 
. Familiar with Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) & Deployment and
Windows Driver Kit (WDK)
. Knowledge of Basic Input Output System (BIOS)
. Able to work with limited supervision
