Necessary Skills (Must Have):
. Variety of Operating System experience (minimum of Windows/Linux/Unix) including all aspects of setup, config, and network troubleshooting.
. Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with a passion for learning technol ogies.
. Basic understanding of PC system architecture including both client and server platforms.
. Strong work ethic and team orientation.

Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
. Test automation/scripting, C/C++ programming, Perl
. Experience with Ethernet sniffers or protocol analysis
. Performance testing - Chariot, Smartbits, IXIA
. Experience with DOS, Netware, FreeBSD, and Embedded OSes
. Knowledge of SMBus, IPMI, ASF, Intel(r) AMT
