[PLUG-JOBS] help wanted

Hi all - our development team at the UofO in Eugene supports a statewide Early Childhood data system and could use some help in a couple of technical areas, described below. Please forward to anyone you think might be interested.

1) MySQL guru. Our datbases are growing at about a gigabyte a month and we need serious performance tuning. Advise us on setting up a blazingly fast MySQL server and replication.

2) SQLAlchemy (and TurboGears). We want someone who can help us move from SQL Object.

We have funding through this fiscal year for temporary part-time positions; work would need to be completed by 6/30/11. Contracting considered.

I posted this to Eugene and campus lists but haven't had much response, so I'm widening the search. Please let me know if you know of other ways I might get the word out. Thanks!
