My name is Jacob Muir and I was recently made the embedded engineering recruiter for the Aerotek office located in Tigard. I specifically recruit for the Portland metro area and was recently introduced to this group by another member. I have a job opportunity I wanted to post for anyone with the relevant experience.

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer with experience developing drivers for Linux Kernel. This job involves working with wireless security technologies and is looking for someone who can develop a project from the Linux kernel, to the Android ROM, to the applications on the Android ROM. It is a Direct Placement (long term) opportunity. A list of needed skills/areas of expertise are below.


1.       Android Application Development

2.       Android Rom Development

3.       Linux kernel expertise

4.       Wireless experience

5.       Experience with microprocessors
