Just for reference, plug-talk is for annoying subjects that no one
wants to see discussed on the main list, like whether federal reserve
notes are a fraud perpetrated by the trilateral commission, public
transportation, the quality of television programming, the intricacies
of various political philosophies, etc.  For details, see:

I personally get annoyed when GNU/Linux, Free Software and/or various
Unix related technical subjects are discussed here.  They might
displace the truly interesting topics (see above).
