Well now that's the pot calling the kettle black!
Seems to me the same people that get all up in arms to save the mass
murderers from execution should be the ones fighting for the rights of
Terri to live. But of course, those are the same people that kill unborn
children they don't want, so, I guess that it doesn't come as such a
surprise after all.

There are several different opinions as to what level her brain
functions were at. The Congressional action centered around the fact
that there was new evidence not available in the original trial that the
Schindlers wished to have considered. Hence the Act to have the Federal
Courts look "with new eyes" at all the evidence now available, something
they refused to do. All the courts were basically saying was " A judge
made a decision on this _7_ years ago and we _all_ know that judges are
_never_ wrong!"
