That's why it should be enacted for ALL businesses. Without exclusion. 
Smoking is already banned in most other businesses. Including the few 
exceptions makes the playing field level.

My point with that comment is that all businesses that serve food and/or 
alcohol ALREADY have to comply with health and safety regulations. 
Banning smoking is simply an extension of that.

be done now.

Car exhaust is coming, it's just not ripe yet.
