I have T-Mobile now, no more complaints than any other provider, but 
that may be because I don't have much in the way of unusual reception 
problems  in the parts of town I frequent, and I've only had T-Mobile 
for about 2 months now.  Their customer service has been somewhat better 
than other providers, that may have been because I was switching to them 
from another provider.. now that they've got me I've had no occasion to 
talk to them yet.
