[PLUG-TALK] Translating a PROCITE data file

   I have a scientific reference file in Procite's format. The source from
whom I got the data did not know how to produce output in .ris format that I
could use. Procite is a winduhs application and the data files are in a
binary format.

   Some of you folks are in an academic environment where someone may have a
copy of Procite. If so, would you be willing to have the data file translated
to the ASCII output that I need?
