With python >= 2.4, youtube-dl will indeed download the Helsinki
Complaint Choir as a .flv file . I can play it with mplayer and
with vlc, and I can get video but no audio from xine. This is with
a RHEL4 clone on a 32 bit machine.
My "complaint" is that I would like to convert it to another format
besides flash that is less trouble for others. What is the best
format and means to do this for this particular video? I tried
using "ffmpeg -i ATXV3DzKv68.flv ATXV3DzKv68.mpg" and got the
following error:
Error while opening codec for output stream #0.0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
Ideas?
