Come to the Bike Farm (www.bikefarm.org) your local Linux using
non-profit bike repair collective. Our most expensive used bike is $150
and we have a ton of second hand parts, all the tools you will need and
the mechanics to show you how to fix things. Stand time is $5 an hour or
you can buy a membership for unlimited time. We also take donations if
you decide to buy a bike and want to get rid of the old one.

I'll be there in person if you come in Saturday or Sunday afternoons.
