And so are the other Levitical laws.  God hasn't published a retraction or updates.  
Your assessment of the safety of pork and shellfish consumption doesn't change the word of God.

You like pork, you like shellfish, you don't like homosexuals.  You're inconsistently citing the bible as authoritative guide to living.

It does because you are applying religious standards to people who don't practice your religion while not even upholding those standards in your own life.
