I, too, am a fan and long-time user of buckling-spring keyboards.  I've 
only had old IBM keyboards of the PS/2 variety, however.  (And only one of 
those was not the monster full-size, but a reasonable, modern size.)

I've not had the money to get a good USB model, but I sure would like to 
have one.  While I've gotten somewhat used to my Thinkpad (which does have 
a little bit of a tactile response), I think a buckling-spring on the 
docking station would be great.

[Speaking of which, do y'all use your docking station with a Thinkpad? 
I've not had any luck doing exactly what I want:  A dual monitor 
arrangement using both the laptop screen and an external monitor on the 
dock's DVI output with hotswap on the dock.  Any how-tos?]
