Distilled water (by the gallon at your local grocery)
Plastic Tub
One large speaker

parts & water in tub on top of speaker,
crank up the volume

OK, it's sonic, not ultrasonic.  should be
effective just the same. 

If you don't want to risk trashing your
speakers Goodwill, Free Geek and others have suitable ones for sale.
