[PLUG-TALK] XCKD intentional browser dependence

Monday's XKCD #1037, Umwelt, is intentionally browser specific; 
it displays a different version of the cartoon for different
screen widths and browsers.  Under Firefox, it keeps scaling up
to 1920 wide, about a dozen different versions.  It displays a
custom plugin warning for Opera, a different custom plugin
warning for a very old version of Internecine Exploder, and no
cartoon for a very old version of Konqueror.  

There are different comics for Safari, smart phones, older browsers,
and different geographic locations including military ships at sea. 
There is a Canadian version, city-specific US versions, a Hebrew
version in Israel, and many others.
