   Of course!

   What I noticed about all newspapers in smaller cities is they stopped
putting datelines on articles a couple of dozen years ago. The Oregonian
seems to insert articles based on the space they could not sell for ads.
I've seen articles there that were in The Economist the week before, other
articles printed twice in the same issue, and the same articles on multiple
days.

   Even without a bird cage here I find it useful enough to have a
subscription since about 1994.
