[PLUG-TALK] Waldo Lake on Google satellite view

I looked at Google satellite view for Waldo Lake.  For some reason
the satellite picture makes the road and open areas look like they
were painted dark green.  At first I thought it was some kind of
new privacy thing, but no, you can see people on their towels on
Sauvie's Island.   Any ideas why the fakey shadowless dark green?
