   D'accord. I'm with Verizon and pay $40 (plus a bunch of taxes and fees)
for 450 minutes per month. No data plan. This is because I started with
AirTouch Cellular before they were bought by Verizon. Since I use my Treo
only as a telephone and a Palm PDA (yeah, I'm a 'smartphone' Luddite), this
works perfectly for me. However, don't try to buy a replacement telephone
from Verizon. All they have are the expensive 'smartphones' with equally
expensive data plans.
