I've had some luck with glassdoor.com, which is based on user reports by
profession and location. I see some data for "graduate electrical
engineer" (though I don't know if that's specific in the appropriate
way). The lower end of the standard range for "electrical engineers" for
a metro area --should-- (I think) also be appropriate for recent
graduates.
