When I originally configured a work server, we had planned on
scanning a lot of documents to it, and I built it with a 2TB (!)
hard disk drive. Well, it turns out we will probably need less
than 80GB for the forseeable future, and I want to build an off
site hot spare with an identical drive, so I am thinking I will
get two 80GB solid state drives.
Intel gets good ratings for reliability, better than hard disk
according to some reviews (SSD used to be flaky). We value
reliability over rock bottom price. Speed is good, but not
essential.
Any experiences to share?
Keith
