[PLUG-TALK] Way off topic - fixing Amazon ISBN error

Amazon is useful when they do their job right, aggravating
as hell when they do it wrong. I ordered a book through
their website from a third-party vendor. The book has
the wrong ISBN-10 number on the Amazon page, the actual
book has only an ISBN-13. The book that arrived from the
third party vendor was the wrong book (though suprisingly
interesting anyway!) with that ISBN-10.

AFAIKS, there is no way to tell Amazon they made a mistake
with their ISBN numbers, besides making notes on paper
airplanes and flinging them over Amazon's razor-wire fence
in Seattle. Does anyone know of a way to send email to a
real human being at Amazon to get this fixed? I know the
author of the book I wanted, and he should get paid, and
I should be able to get his book.
