[PLUG-TALK] Nuisance calls clarified

I've been getting a lot of calls that appear to be from my area code and
prefix. I know the numbers are spoofed. Blocking them does no good.
Reporting them does no good. I've gotten to the point where I send all
calls that aren't already in my contacts to voice mail. I've never had one
leave a message.
