Pete,

   As I've written here before, when SpiritOne floated belly-up and killed my
outbound mails and web site access I searched for alternatives. Frontier
Communications lowest speed FiOS package (15/5 mbps) is 5 times faster than
the 3/.75 mbps I had with DSL and slightly less costly as a landline/FiOS
internet package. I also pay $10/month mor for a static IP address.

   While Frontier has had issues with internal communications among
departments I've found their customer-facing and technical folks very
competent and helpful when I reach the proper department.
