Baltimore is worst at #200, Boston is #199, Washington DC
is #198, Alexandria VA near DC is #192. 

Portland is #190.

Boise ID is #3.  The best is Brownsville, TX at #1.

Brownsville, on the Mexican border, is 91% Hispanic.  An
amusing "coincidence" to share with xenophobic relatives
... like some of my relatives in Baltimore and Alexandria.
