Apropos of not much, our metal two-basin kitchen sink is
a "two hole" already; the "sprayer hole" is occupied by
a Multipure water filter dispenser. Chlorine is good
for suppressing some microbes in delivered water, and
OK for washing, but we don't want to drink it - we
cultivate our gut bacteria for optimum health.
We get Portland water via West Slope, not the fluoridated
crap from the Tualatin Valley Water District, so we can
filter our water to sorta-kinda pure without distillation.
