MS contracted with my former employer, Galois (I was employee number 
25), here in Portland for that work. The folks at Galois care very 
deeply about writing secure code that does nothing other than what it 
should do. Whatever you think about Microsoft, be sure that the Galois 
contribution will be state of the art.
