[PLUG-TALK] Optimal size of jitsi meeting?

Is there an optimal size for a video conference hosted on meet.jit.si where
attendees are encouraged to participate in discussion of the meeting's
subject? What about an appropriate time limit?

I've watched a couple of videos about jitsi meetings but am only now
learning how to use video conferences and presentations so I'm well behind
the curve.

Pointers to documents and/or videos that will help me more efficiently and
effectively run these conferences are certainly welcome.
