[PLUG-TALK] Memory card reader to transfer iPhone data

Neither the iPhone6 nor the Nokia 5.1 Plus have SD card slots, but there are
SD/microSD card readers for the iPhone6 that attach through the USB-C port
on the bottom. This would allow transfer of all personal data from the
iPhone to an SD card.

Another web search showed a page that describes how to move photos and
videos from a Nokia 5 to an external SD card, and there are plenty of hits
on storing apps on an external SD card.

It appears that an SD adapter will work with both the iPhone6 and the Nokia
5.1 Plus. Perhaps the SD card brand might matter.

Does anyone know whether this approach would work to transfer all user data
(not phone/account data on the SIM card) from the Apple to the Android? Or
suggest web search terms to answer this question?

The string I tried, 'transfer data from iphone6 to nokia 5.1 plus with sd
card,' found nothing that answered that question.
