White men design pattern recognition software for white men.

Others suffer - black men are harrassed, incarcerated, and
killed because the face recognition software used by police
confuses them with black criminals.  Women are locked out
of their apartment buildings, or fail to get jobs.

This 85 minute video describes these and similar problems.

Much of the video focuses on statist "solutions", but we
might avoid that by demanding competence, transparancy,
and COMPLETE testing, from our colleagues ... and NEVER
EVER using biased pattern recognition training sets.

The video is only free /before/ Monday April 19, so watch
