[PLUG-TALK] Samsung chromebook issues

My friend is having fits using the Samsung Chromebook I bought her to
replace the ancient Sony.

For one thing, when she sets up scrollbars on windows they close when she
clicks on them so she cannot scroll around on web pages. There are a bunch
of other issues and I know nothing about chromebooks.

If you have experience with these computers and are willing to help her
resolve issues that can be fixed, please contact me off the mail list and
