FedEx was chosen by the vendor, not by us.  My wife made the purchase,
I avoid vendors using FedEx, and favor UPS, USPS, or other shippers.

The package was shipped 10 days ago, and has spent 6 of those days
waiting in "Chicago" ... allegedly.  I have no idea where it really
is.  There was a big snowstorm in February, but roads have been clear
throughout March.

I've also seen packages wait for days at FedEx Troutdale.  One was
routed from Troutdale to Yakima and back to Troutdale.  They need
I.T. help, and probably "I" help as well; stupidity profits nobody.

That's a good point, but I track online deliveries to make sure
I am here, and to bring packages inside before the porch pirates
nab them.  I've had much better luck with UPS and USPS, and
varying luck with other smaller shippers. 

FedEx stock, revenue, and quarterly growth are high right now.
When the pandemic slackens (or kills too many customers), many
customers will return to stores, and mail order shipping will
drop.  Competition for remaining customers will depress
shipping prices, slash revenues, and hurt stock prices. 

I don't know when the merry-go-round will stop, or when FedEx
stock prices will begin falling to reflect future value.  But
small stockholders should take their profits and exit soon,
before the fall.
