Keith,
I don't bother complaining, just add those messages to my 'spam-uncaught'
file which SpamAssassin processes once a week.
Because there likely are legitimate domains hosted on ISPs like digitalocean
I won't reject it with postfix. Most of the fake server.domain.tld names are
one-off and not worth recording.
When a certain spam topic has an uncertain life I reject it in postfix's
body_checks or header_checks.
I'm more bothered by the robodic spam calls, supposedly illegal, that I
can't have my landline phone automatically reject.
