sweet.  but it, and all it's friends, seem to need breaking into the AC
line to inject the warble.

if we're willing to break the circuit, we can just unplug and see what
goes dark.  heck, since these are tcpable APC PDUs, we can remotely turn
outlets off and wait for nagios to tell use what we have killed.  but
the goal was not to kill at all.

so what am i missing here?
