Russell,

Amazon has a couple that work with Android phones, $25 and less. An order of
magnitude less than the cost of a plumber just coming to the house.

I had a tub/shower valve fail, the first time that ever happened in all the
places I've lived. He had to cut the plastic/sheet rock covering the valve,
extract the old one, replace it with a new valve, and use a larger cover
plate. Total cost for ~1 hour's work: $600+. I wish I could charge clients
like that.
