I upgraded to 13.0-RELEASE-p5 a little over a month ago and had no
trouble, so my questions are pretty general.
First, I've never seen error messages prefaced with "Solaris" on my
FreeBSD system; perhaps that's just part of the Sun/Oracle code and I
haven't seen it.
Second, I know that 'tank' is the zpool most often used in Oracle's
official ZFS documentation, but my system uses 'zroot'. Presumably,
your zpool worked under 12.x, but I just wanted to verify that your
root filesystem is indeed 'tank/root' (mine is 'zroot/ROOT/default').

I'm not sure what sort of console, if any, you have available. Can you
do a "zpool import" or "zpool import tank"? If so, what does "zpool
status" say?
