Bill,

That sounds really interesting.

I wanted to try it out, but the download screen requires a "Secure
Pairing Code" from the "Immersed VR App" which I'm supposed to find on
my "VR Headset." I don't have a VR Headset. I found an Oculus on Amazon
for $360, but I don't want to send the money without being sure that it
will solved my problem. Reading elsewhere on the website it appears this
the VR App is designed to work from a telephone, as well as from a real
computer. But if I understand this thing correctly, it allows me to
have a touchscreen from any of the computers that I already have. That
would solve a lot of problems.

Previously in my shopping travails I considered the idea of getting a
little bare computer (maybe a Raspberry Pi, etc.) and a simple 13-14"
monitor that could get its signal wirelessly. But I couldn't solve the
'wirelessly' part.

I wonder if there is a store locally where I can experience this. It's
been the better part of a century since I was a teenager, so imagining
how this might work is a challenge. Need some geezer help here.

I'm also not sure if I'm ready to become a Borg.
