The deal is done. For $299 I bought on eBay a refurbished Dell Latitude
7275 2-in-1 detachable, with 12.5" screen at 1920x1080, 8GB RAM, and
256GB SSD and Intel Core M5-6Y57. It has a brand new internal battery,
plus a new 12000mAh external battery. It comes with Windows 10, but I
think I'd prefer to install Linux and then Windows 10 in Virtualbox.

Since the screen is detachable I won't have a problem holding it up in
front of me while reading.

I probably won't have any problems installing Linux, but I wish we
still had real Clinics. Installing is always more comfortable when I'm
surrounded by people smarter than me.
