I've used several conventional banks over the years and even worked for
US Bank for a little while, and they've ranged from incompetently
innocuous to competently predatory. Credit unions have been the only
positive banking experience I've had. I like First Tech, they were
especially useful when we moved back to the US because their
underwriting didn't blink at our Canadian income.
