[PLUG-TALK] Telephone codes

My AGPtEK dialpad/headset works okay and it's very inexpensive. Setting time
and date is not at all difficult, but it accommodates three codes without
explaining them in the little manual (which tells us only to press the up
and down buttones to change values.)

There's a local code (which I assume is the area code), a pcode, and an
autoIP code; I've no idea what the latter two represent.

Multiple web searches are futile; they all produce area codes and country
codes, not explanations for specifics such as local, p, and autoIP.

If you know what those codes represent please share that knowledge with me.
