FWIW, in my ~/.procmailrc the patterns are:
* ^List-ID:.*<plug\.pdxlinux\.org> and
* ^List-ID:.*<plug-talk\.pdxlinux\.org>

I use alpine. The header of this message has:
Reply-To: Off-topic and potentially flammable discussion <plug-talk at pdxlinux.org>
To: plug-talk at lists.pdxlinux.org

So both flavors are present.

I reply to the list using the Reply-To address so there should be only one
copy of the message on the list and bounced to subscribers (including me.)

I don't know if this information is useful.
