I propose that we find a permissive (and non-combustible)
venue for a July 4, 2025 "explode your misbehaving
computer into a thousand fragments of shrapnel" day.  

I have some candidate machines, though not the site or event
permit or licenses or explosives.  A trebuchet and an active
erupting volcano might be a suitable "green" alternative.
