Oops, you can't boot Linux to create a GRUB disk- ignore previous post.

Use your Red Hat CD to either do a direct recovery, or create a rescue floppy.

You can boot the CD, then edit /boot/grub/grub.conf, and put everything back.

Knoppix also makes a great recovery CD.
