[PLUG] Professional web development tools for Linux if any?

Hello Linux folkz,
I'm looking for any (commercial or GPL) professional
web development tools for Linux, which can resemble
functionality of Macromedia Dreamweaver or Adobe GoLife.
It's a very sad situation that professional web development
tools exist mostly in Windows world.
Could somebody tell me please if there is something for Linux?
I'm not talking about Bluefish and Quanta.
