[PLUG] IDE hotswapping

I seem to recall that if you can boot up with no IDE drivers, you can
load/unload IDE modules (ide.o) and this causes bus rescan, so new disks
will be detected. To load without ide modules, you probably need to pass
ide=noprobe to the kernel (and, of course, you need to boot from something
other than IDE disk :)
