I created a CD-ROM to help inform our Legislators about the benefits of
procuring Open Source software, you may view the online version here:

Now that the bill is moving forward, and now that news of the new Open
Source Consideration Bill is publicly known, this link will likely
receive more traffic than my broadband link can handle.

If you or someone you know with good bandwidth is willing to mirror this
and other future links regarding SB 941, I would very much appreciate
it.

Meanwhile, I will have a full report covering these past few months for
you soon.

P.S. I would just like to say that it was very difficult not keeping the
community informed of my progress with the Legislature. Please
understand that if the Lobbyists had found out about movements regarding
SB941 while still at the nascent stage, they surely would have killed
it; it would have been a disservice to you to let that happen.
