Your argument ignores two things: 1) I'm not talking about a tarball
(then anyone could have it, and it'd be open source), I'm talking about
the source on a CD with the program. 2) I'm talking about ALL code, i.e.
a law requiring programs to come with their source code so you can see
what you're running on your system.
