One approach is moving people to an html alternative that won't be a
carrier of viruses for Microsoft's junk.  A picture is worth a thousand
words if it's well chosen and doesn't crash the communication device of
the person your trying to reach :-)  Maybe this is one area, people
wanting to do intricate emails and not knowing how to do plain text in
many cases, where gurus can really make inroads.  

I guess the trick is coming up with an easier solution than all programs
that take email as input have to be secure because the email is
dangerous.  Then again, maybe going with software can be fixed is the
best, if not most time consuming, approach.  How do you make a living
fixing software?  Is it possible to get enough information about the
internals of Windows to make alternative mail programs that are safe and
full featured run on it?  It seems you'd do better to make the operating
system protect poorly written software from dangerous input than
fix the software itself.  Of course if I was rich enough I wouldn't need
to make a profit on fixing programs ;-)
