[PLUG] Floppyfw, vpn

I've heard good things about IP Cop.  It's a minimal firewall type install 
with a fairly nice web gui.  It's a spinoff (read: fork with extreme 
prejudice) from Smoothwall.  I've used the latter and found it to be really 
good though the people who write it should probably not be let out in public 
too often for fear of scaring away customers.  IP Cop doesn't seem to have 
that problem.

The installation manual was updated just a few days ago, so there is very 
recent activity on the project.  I haven't followed it personally.
