  Or the users of that application/platform. As an example of your typical
M$/AOL user see today's "Oregonian". They have a great article on how many
accidents there have been since Sunday on Hwy 26 at Sylvan. Because of
construction, the left lane is now the Canyon Road exit and the two right
lanes are for through traffic. Even with a total of 10 signs in the mile
approaching the change, folks are cutting over at the last minute. Many miss
and hit the barrels or other vehicles. Same mindset.
